Terms of purchase
The following terms and conditions regulate the relationship between you as a customer and Carl Oscar AB when you make a purchase in our webshop at http://www.carl-oscar.se.
Purchase
You must be 18 years of age to shop at http://www.carl-oscar.se. For private persons, the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Distance and Home Sales Act (Distans- och Hemförsäljningslagen) apply. You as a customer are obliged to read our terms of purchase and follow the rules and advice we give regarding purchases and product management.
All frauds are reported to the police. Carl Oscar AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. We also reserve the right to question orders that are considered untrustworthy or do not appear credible.
Prices
The price that is stated on www.carl-oscar.se by the time of purchase, is final. Prices are per piece including VAT unless otherwise stated. Ashipping cost of SEK 50 incl. VAT will be added to all orders,
Payment
We currently offer two payment methods, via Klarna or Swish.
-Klarna Direct payment-
Use Klarna Direct Payment to easily and securely make your payment. With Klarna you can pay either with VISA or MasterCard and also with internet banking (Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea).
-Swish-
With Swish, you can easily pay via your phone number. The payment is verified with Bank ID.
Delivery time / Delivery method
Your order is sent by DHL. You will receive an SMS with information about the delivery point and shipment number. It is important that you pick up the package within 14 days of receiving the receipt, otherwise Carl Osar AB reserves the right to interpret it as if you have regretted your purchase. Normally you can pick up your goods within 4-5 working days after your order is placed. All packages sent from Carl Oscar AB are insured.
The above delivery methods and prices apply within Sweden. We do not deliver packages outside Sweden. Orders to foreign addresses are canceled and the payment is returned. SEK 300 is charged to cover handling and bank fees that arise in connection with this.
All items that can be added to the shopping cart are in stock to ensure fast delivery. Should any miscalculation occur in the unlikely event, due to a technical or human error, we will contact the customer immediately. The customer then has the opportunity to cancel the purchase free of charge (the money is returned within 14 days), change to another item or wait for a new delivery.
Uncollected packages / incorrect address information
We charge 300 SEK to cover costs of handeling, shipping costs for shipments not being collected for orders where the total of the order is less than 1000 SEK. For orders totalling over 1000 SEK, we charge 500 SEK to cover the costs. We do not replace lost packages if incorrect or incomplete address information has been provided.
Right of withdrawal
The recipient has the possibility to return unused goods with original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Send an email to info@carl-oscar.se containing your customer number, invoice number and what product it regards. Ett e-mail med information och returnummer erhålles från oss. The recipient indicates what he instead wants to exchange for, alternatively if a refund is desired. We refund the money within 14 days after approved return. Anyone who returns an item must bear the return shipping cost and transport risk. The customer receives an email when the return has been inspected and is approved / not approved. We do not redeem shipments that have not received a return number from us and / or are not fully paid.
Claims
If an item is faulty, incorrectly shipped or damaged during transport, the recipient or customer must contact info@carl-oscar.se and state the error as soon as possible upon receipt. Specify the current product and describe the problem. The customer’s customer number and invoice number must also be stated. We do not accept returns that have not received a return number from us. Carl Oscar pays return shipping for approved return of defective / damaged goods. We will refund the cost of the product no later than 14 days after approved return. In the event of a dispute, we follow the Swedish General Complaints Board’s (Allmänna Reklamationsnämndens) recommendations.
Personal data and Anti-spam policy
Personal information and e-mail addresses are stored in our customer register. No unauthorized person has access to this and personal data and / or e-mail addresses are not disclosed to other companies. You can contact us at any time to view the information, change or delete it.
Force Majeure
Carl Oscar AB is exempt from sanction for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement, if the failure is based on a liberating circumstance as below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. government action or omission, new or changed legislation, labor market conflict, war, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
Other
Carl Oscar AB reserves the right to change our prices and conditions without notice. It is important that you read our current terms and conditions before you place an order. It is the terms and prices at the time of ordering that apply. We reserve the right for obviously incorrect information and products running out of stock. We reserve the right for print errors, errors in information, and errors in specifications on all products and services in our range. All images of our products must be seen as illustrations and we can not guarantee that the image reflects the product’s exact appearance and condition.
